We had an amazing stay at this resort with stunning mountain views that took our breath away. The horseback riding activity was a highlight for the kids, and the staff, especially a gentleman who helped us with the shuttle, were truly delightful. However, we experienced some frustrations with the room service and hot tubs which were not operational during our visit. Overall, it’s a fantastic place for families, but I recommend checking the amenities beforehand to avoid disappointments.

I had a very frustrating experience during my stay. While the hotel did try to accommodate us after a canceled reservation, the handling of our situation was far from ideal. It took hours to get settled into our downgraded room, and the dining experience left much to be desired with poor service and cleanliness issues.
